Annapurna Century Trekking

Pokhara, a very scenic spot of Nepal is a starting point of Annapurna base camp (ABC) trek. It is also called Annapurna centaury trek. It is a famous trekking route in Annapurna Region. You can manage 10 days from Pokhara and total two week time in Nepal. It is suitable who have no sufficient time to do annapurnna circuit trek. It is moderate trekking route not so hard and easy. Which reach 4234m altitude in Annapurna base camp. It is tea house base trekking and not to need any special arrangement The principal peaks of the western portion of the great Annapurna Himal, including Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Fang, Annapurna, Ganagapurna, Annapurna 3 and Machhapuchhare, are arranged almost precisely in a circle about 10 miles in diameter with a deep glacier-covered ground at the center.
This trek Pass through beautiful deep bamboo and rhododendron forest. You can familiar magar and thakali people. They are rich in own unique culture. All day you can see spectacular panorama view of mountains. As the trails climbs steeply out of the kali gandaki valley, the incredible gorge became more and more impressive.

  Itinerary  

Day 01 Arrival
Your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you will be met by our Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel

Day 02 Kathmandu to Pokhara
About 7hours drive by car / van/bus OR half hour flight from Kathmandu. Overnight at Guest House in Pokhara

Day 03 Sightseeing in Pokhara
Sightseeing indifferent place of Pokhara such as bindyabasini Temple, K I singh bridge, Mahendra David’s fall, Goupteshwar and Mahadev bridge etc

Day 4 Pokhara by bus Birethanti start to trek to Ulleri (2070m,)
Drive to Birethanti (1140m) from Pokhara. Your journey starts from Birethanti through green Modi river valley, In route beautiful waterfalls welcome you to do bath.The route continue Ascend steep staircase to Ulleri (2070m,). Ulleri is a village of magar. you will be rewarded with breathtaking views Pokhara and Annapurna South and Hiunchuli mountain. Overnight at Tea house in Ulleri

Day 5 Ulleri - Ghorepani(2840m.)
The trail more pleasantly through rhododendron forest. There is a hut with water and a small camp site about 1 hr. the trail climbs higher, you walk up beside the cascading river through refreshingly cool You will reach beautiful village Ghorepani (2840m.). Overnight at Tea house in Ghorepani

Day 6 Ghorepani - Tadapani(2540m)
Very early-morning climb to the Poonhill to see spectacular panorama view over Dhaulagiri and the Annapurnas,. Trail descends steeply through deep rhododendron forest rich with birdlife to Tadapani (2540m) for beautiful sunset views of Annapurna South and Fishtail Mountain. Overnight at Tea house in Tadapani

Day 7 Tadapani - Chhomrung(2040m.)
The trail continue drops down from Tadapani, through dense rhododendron forest and orchid colonies. From Ghandrung there are good views of the upper Modi valley. The route starts the long ascent high above the west bank of the Modi Khola, and continues up to the village of Chhomrung (2040m.) Overnight at Tea house in Chhomrung

Day 8 Chhomrung -Himalayan Hotel(2680m.)
Our trails pass through the forest to Kuldi Ghar. Our route goes steeply down through the bank of rock then the track winds steeply up through deep bamboo and rhododendron forest to the village of Doban. We stay in Himalaya Hotel (2680m.). Overnight at Tea house in Himalayan hotel.

Day 9: Himalayan Hotel to Machhapuchre Base Camp
A trek passes through narrow Modi khola valley will bring you almost to the base of the Machhapuchhre base camp (M.B.C). MBC is 3480m altitude from sea level which can be seen a spectacular panoramic view of mountains.It is nominal base camp and government restricted to issue permit of this mountain Overnight at Tea house in Machhapuchhre base camp

Day 10: Machhapuchhare Base Camp to hike ABC and return Back to Dovan
You wake up early morning and hike to our final destination British Expedition Annapurna South Face Base Camp (ABC). ABC is 4234m altitude from sea level. Now you are in Century and you enjoy 360 degree breathtaking views of Annapurna massif, you take breakfast in Annapurna Base Camp and return back to Dovan via Machhapuchhare Base Camp. Overnight at Tea house in Dovan

Day 11 Dovan - Modi Khola
The return trail passes the small village of Khuldi Bikas, before continuing through rhododendron and bamboo fields to the Alpine-style village of Chhomrung. Stony steps climb steeply to Kabre Chautara and soon after we turn off for Landrung, leaving the Ghandrung path dropping away towards the river. Overnight at Tea house in Modi khola

Day 12 Modi Khola - Dhampus
After an easy descent to the Gurung village of Landrung, the trail crosses a pass before arriving at the tiny village of Dhampus, perched high on a ridge. Overnight at Tea house in Dhampus

Day 13 Dhampus - Pokhara
It's a short climb down to Phedi, where we meet the road and drive back to Pokhara. Sadly this is the last day of your trek you return to Pokhara. Pokhara will seem like a teeming metropolis after the serenity of the hill trails. You're last night in Pokhara is a great opportunity to throw a party for the Sherpas and porters. Overnight at Hotel in Dhampus

Day 14: Drive or flight to Kathmandu

Day 15: Free on your own, depart Kathmandu
